The sun arrives on the balcony first thing in the morning and remains throughout the whole day. However, there are very large retractable canopes fitted to the terraces, giving you the choice of shade or sunshine even when the mid-day sun is beating down. The terrace flowerbeds are equipped with an automatic, computer-controlled irrigation system.
